Well I did some reading over the winter
and found some interesting stuff on bait
tanks.  Stuff like amount of flow and
circulation and such.  The tank did ok but
I did lose some bait so I made the
modification to the tank.  Will be
interesting to see the results this
summer.
I found this idea on another site and
thought it would be a good idea for my
boat.  You can write numbers right on the
plastic as you get them from the radio.
Then you can plot where the fish are
being caught.  When all done just wipe it
away!
I originally had these rod holders clamped
to the handrail on the hardtop.  But the
handrail was not sturdy enough to handle
the torque created by the rods.  I popped
the top and mounted the holders to the
fibreglass with large 1/4" thick aluminum
backing plates.  I also added smaller
plates to the handrails.  Now both are
strong and sturdy!
My crew had been asking for handholds in
this spot for a long time so while the top
was open I put in this pair of handholds,
again with the aluminum backing plates!
You can see the plates here
            alongside the factory washers.
            The large plate is 4"x4".

I needed to refinish the deck because the
non-skid finish had been worn off and with
a little fish blood spilled it became like a
skating rink back there!  Was an easy
process and turned out real nice!
Added some lights to the deck.  No real
reason other than I thought it looked cool!
There is also blue lights there but they
did not show up so well in the picture.  I
guess if you are lucky enough to see me
out there at night you can see it for
yourself!
I also pulled the hardtop and put a new seal down.  I replaced the size 10
bolts with 1/4" bolts and then undercut  the seal some and put some
silocone there.  I have had a persistent leak where the wires from the
hardtop come down through the seal and this is my attempt to fix that!  I
hope it works because I cannot use the space where the water drips inside
the cabin.
